Hi. I’ve been a longtime admirer of your members and group from the deep in the shadows. I’ve wanted to walk out into the light, but the timing just hasn’t been right.
See, I’ve been blogging in one form or another for at least 6 or 7 years. But I never felt like I’d be a good fit. My first blog back in 2004 was about this sailboat trip that I was taking and I stopped posting to it before you’d been founded. Then I held a few work-related blogs & a family blog. None of those really fit the 20sb’s profile.
But now. Now it’s different.
I’ve spent a lot of time in the past few years quietly writing in one notebook or another and I’m finally ready to start sharing my thoughts with the world. Yes, I said it. The World. And to me, you are The World. So it’s a perfect fit, right?
I ask you, dear 20SB, did you save me a seat?
